I have placed an order with a merchant, why hasn't this appeared on my account?

We aim to add all cash back payments as soon as possible once we have received the information from the merchant. Some merchants wait until after their returns period (usually 28 days) has elapsed before their make the funds available. In these cases please allow up to 28 days for the information to appears on your account. If this does not appear after 28 days please contact us via e-support ticket.
